Please read this notice carefully, as use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The terms "www.church.savellireligious.com" and "Savelli Church" mean the Savelli Arte & Tradizione srl portal and will be so defined whenever used.

The expression "contract" means the contract of purchase and sale entered into between Savelli Church and the Buyer in the e-commerce sales system, i.e. through telematic tools, organized by Savelli Church.

These Terms of Sale set forth the terms and conditions that will apply to the purchase of merchandise through www.church.savellireligious.com. 

If you cannot understand or have any questions about these Terms of Sale, please contact us using the contact information listed in the "Contact Us" section below. Before submitting an order, you must confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Sale. Before submitting an order, please save or print a copy of these Terms of Sale to keep for future reference to the order you are submitting. Note that the conditions are subject to change, so you should review and save or print a copy of these conditions before each order you submit.


If you would like to order merchandise, you can use the order process on our site to place an order.

Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase merchandise from us. Orders are subject to our acceptance and we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept your order, including where:

  • Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided to us, for example, where you provide us with an incorrect payment card number, expiration date or card security value number; incorrect billing information (e.g., where the billing information you provide is different from the information that the bank or building society which issued your payment card has on record); insufficient or an incorrect shipping address (i.e., street address, city, country or postcode); fraudulent information; limitations in shipping to your region.
  • There is an error on our site relating to the merchandise that you have ordered, such as an error relating to the price or description of the merchandise as displayed on our site; the merchandise that you have ordered is no longer available through our site.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will send you an email to the email address that you have provided to us informing you of the reason. If you placed an order by telephone but did not provide us with an email address, we will contact you on the telephone number that you have provided to try to resolve with you the issue preventing us from accepting your order.

If you have placed your order through our site, after we receive your order, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order, usually in minutes. If you do not receive an email, contact us before you try to place another order for the same merchandise. You should note that the email that we send to you confirming receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Our contract will be concluded and Savelli Church will only be deemed to have accepted your order (or any part of your order) once the requested merchandise has been shipped and we have sent a shipment confirmation email to you confirming that all or part of the merchandise ordered is still available and has been shipped. 

The contract will only relate to that part of the order of merchandise which has actually been shipped and no contract will have been created in respect of any merchandise which you may have ordered which we were unable to ship. 

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the prices and other information about merchandise on our site are accurate. If an error relates to merchandise for which you have placed an order, we may reject your order. If we reject your order because of an error, we will notify you at the email address or, if you placed your order over the telephone, the telephone number that you have provided to us and ask you whether you would like to re-submit your order to purchase the relevant merchandise once we have corrected the error.

If we have notified you that we have accepted your order, you will not be required to pay more than the price that was displayed on our site at the time that you placed your order for the merchandise that You have requested, and if we have sent you merchandise which is different from the description of the relevant merchandise on our site at the time that you placed your order, you will also have the right to return it. Please see the terms of our return and exchange policy listed below.

After receiving your order, we will check that the relevant products are in stock. The inclusion of any merchandise on our site does not imply, warrant or guarantee that the merchandise will be available if you wish to place an order to purchase it.

We will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about merchandise displayed on our site, for example information about prices, description or the availability of merchandise and we may do so without first giving you notice of the changes.


Customers can make changes to their order or cancel it at any time before it is shipped.

To change an order, please contact us by phone or send us an email. If the order has already been processed, the customer may only request in cases where provided for a refund or exchange of goods; refer to the terms of our returns/exchanges policy described below.


It is possible to check the progress of the shipment status directly from the shipment confirmation email, or on the website of the courier company with which it was shipped.


Savelli Church ships internationally to all countries covered by UPS, FedEx and DHL couriers. The courier for shipping will be chosen at our discretion based on factors such as geographical coverage and delivery times. If your country of origin is not on the list of countries Savelli Church ship to, please contact us at  church@savellireligious.com to verify shipping service coverage. Savelli Church reserves the choice not to ship to certain countries if we deem it necessary.

Please note that we cannot:

  • Deliver your order to a freight forwarding company;
  • Deliver to a P.O. Box;
  • Deliver to APO or FPO;

    If you provide shipping information such as the above, we reserve the right to contact you at the email you provided during purchase to request an alternate delivery address. If the user is unable to provide it, we will cancel the order at our discretion.

    Shipping charges depend on the weight-volume of the package, the country to which the goods are shipped, and the shipping time required. Shipping costs are automatically processed at checkout based on the information above.

    Some shipping areas are marked by the carrier as Remote Area. This means that the delivery address is in an underserved area, which is why a delivery surcharge is required. Savelli Church doesn’t know in advance whether or not an address belongs to a remote area. If your address does belong to a remote area, please note that an extra-charge will be required. In this case you will be promptly contacted by Savelli Church.

    In case Customers don't agree to pay the extra-charge, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

    Merchandise that we deliver to you will become your property at the time that you receive it. As soon as we have delivered the merchandise to you, you will become responsible for it, and for any loss or damage to it thereafter.

    Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address as we do not assume any responsibility in case of loss of the merchandise or damage during transport.

    As for the packing: Each package is designed so as not to cause any damage to the goods transported. The merchandise will be in a special wrapping paper or styrofoam.

    In case of non-delivery, Savelli Church assumes no liability due to customs restrictions present in the countries receiving our shipments. At a time when the package will return to sender Savelli Art and Tradition srl undertakes to return to sender the full amount paid for the purchase without the shipping costs of both return and shipping of the package.


    We reserve the right to vary the price of our merchandise at any time, except for orders already confirmed by sending the shipment confirmation email.
    Prices on Savelli Church are monitored regularly but it is possible to encounter a change or error in the price when you place an order. In this case we will contact you to verify that you still intend to proceed with the purchase by applying the correct price. In the event of your confirmation, please note that this does not imply an obligation on the part of Savelli Church to supply the item(s) in your order until the shipping confirmation email is sent.

    In the case of shipments made by Savelli Church to countries outside the Eurozone, it is possible a surcharge to be paid by the buyer related to customs costs. These costs will be calculated according to the current import regulations of your country.
    Carrier will provide a customs broker to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes and that broker will also be acting as our agent in relation to the merchandise that is being delivered. Savelli Church is not responsible for any of the notices of customs charges, and you must arrange for customs clearance of the package yourself and payment of any customs charges where applicable.

    You may pay for your order using either a credit card or prepaid debit card from American Express, Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay. Savelli Church also accepts PayPal, Klarna or Bank Transfer.

    If you cancel an order you will receive a refund on the same payment method you used for purchase and within three (3) to five (5) working days from the date of cancellation.

    The Euro is the official currency adopted by www.chucrh.savellireligious.com, so other currency prices should always be considered indicative. Savelli Church not be held responsible for any change of currency is in excess and in defect.


    If the Customer has received a discount code, may apply it to their purchase if the order in question meets the requirements of the discount code. To apply a promotional code, you must enter the code at checkout before finalizing the order. Please note that a discount code cannot be applied to orders that have already been paid for. 

    Percentage-based discount codes can be combined with promotions related to free shipping when active, but cannot be used at the same time as other percentage-based discount codes. 

    Codes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or credit. In addition, discount codes are applicable exclusively on the www.savellireligious.com website and will not be available for use in our physical stores. 

    There may be specific product exclusions; please see the promo code details for information on excluded items.

    Goods are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity.

    If the customer wishes to return and request a refund for merchandise that was defective or otherwise damaged upon receipt, that did not match the description provided on our site, or that proved to be defective after being received, you may do so in the following ways: by emailing us at  church@savellireligious.com or by calling us at 0039 06 631164. No returns/exchanges of goods will be made without notice/reason . If a customer contacts us by phone or e-mail, we may offer him/her the opportunity to e-mail or mail us a photograph of the defective, damaged, or mismatched merchandise. Should the customer telephone or e-mail us to request a refund, we will be able to ask the customer to return the goods before we can make such a refund.

    Please note that we will not be able to issue refunds if merchandise purchased online is returned, either in person at our stores or by mail to one of our stores, without first contacting us.


    When returning goods, please specify why you believe the goods are defective, damaged or do not match the description provided on our site.

    Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation that they are defective, damaged or do not match the description provided on our site, we will refund the customer the cost of the goods. Should the customer document the costs incurred in returning the goods to us, we will refund the cost incurred in sending the return to us. We usually credit the refund to the payment card or PayPal account used by the customer to pay for the goods approximately within fourteen (14) days from the date we received the goods. Please note that in order to receive a refund, the customer must provide the order number or order related information to identify the order number in order to be able to locate the purchase within our system and make the refund through the original payment method.

    If, upon examination of the merchandise returned by the customer, we reasonably conclude that it is not to be considered defective, the customer will not be entitled to a refund and we will return the merchandise to the customer. This provision does not affect the customer's legal rights.

    If you wish to exchange defective, damaged, or mismatched merchandise that does not match the description provided on our site, please refer to the terms of our exchange policy described below.


          10. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

    Nothing in these Sale Terms will exclude or limit our liability to you for fraud, death or personal injury or any other liability which the law states may not be excluded or limited. We will not be liable to you under a contract for: any loss of profit, loss of income, loss of business, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill; or any loss or corruption of or damage to data; or any loss or damage which was not a reasonably foreseeable result of either our breach of a contract or our breach of our legal duty of care. Loss or damage is "reasonably foreseeable" if, at the time that we and you entered into a contract, such loss was either contemplated by us and you or you notified us that the loss may occur if we breached the contract or our legal duty of care.

    Nothing in these Sale Terms will affect your statutory rights.


    When you place an order through our site, you will be providing us with your personal information. We will use your personal information to process your order and deliver the merchandise ordered and for other limited purposes. Our collection and use of your personal information will be carried out subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.


            12. GENERAL TERMS

    The contract between you and us is governed by the law of Italy. If either you or we do not enforce or delay enforcing any of our rights under a contract, this will not stop us from doing so at a later date.

    If any provision of a contract is not valid or legally enforceable, that term will be deleted and the remaining terms will not be affected.

    No party other than you or us has any right to enforce any term of a contract.
