All orders will be delivered by UPS, DHL or Fedex with signature on delivery.

Italy: 3 - 4 working days 

Europe & Africa: 4 - 5 business days 

USA & Canada: 4 - 5 business days 

Central & South America: 4 - 5 business days 

Asia: 4 - 5 working days 

Oceania: 4 - 5 business days 

Shipping times may vary slightly by area, depending on the quantity of products ordered and other variables.

Different shipping rates are to be considered for each country. There is an option in the Shopping Cart to calculate shipping costs by entering country, state and zip code.

Please note that order preparation time may change depending on the product and its availability.

Delivery time can range from 40 to 90 days.

 

DELIVERY TIMES:

Once the order is received and confirmed, delivery times average 40 days. In some cases it can be up to an average of 90 days.

When you have placed your order, shipping and delivery times and costs will be specified.

 

 

NOTE:

For EU countries, there are no customs costs to pay.

For the rest of the world, customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

No returns or exchanges are allowed, but replacement of damaged items is allowed.

 

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED GOODS

The customer has the right to request a refund in the following cases:

one or more products that do not conform to the description

one or more products damaged on arrival

The customer may request a refund no later than 14 days from the date of physical receipt of the goods by the customer or other person other than the carrier.  The customer must inform us by explicit statement sent by mail to Savelli Arte e Tradizione, Via Paolo VI 27-29, 00165, Rome, Italy, by e-mail to church@savellireligious.com , by calling us at 06 68 307017, by sending us a communication in the Customer Service section of the site.

The refund is made on the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.

The customer has the right and opportunity to cancel the order within 24/48 hours from the time of purchase without specifying the reason.

Retail outlets are not authorized to replace or refund the price paid for the purchase of products online.
